Mavis is an Arkansas telemedicine company that connects medical providers with clients who are seeking to lose weight via Semaglutide or Tirzepatide, two drugs with the same active ingredients as Ozempic and Mounjaro respectively.
You will fill out an intake form and then meet with a licensed medical provider via video call who will determine whether the treatments we offer are right for you. The provider will also give you any instructions needed for the once-weekly injections. If you are denied treatment for any reason, a refund will automatically be issued.
In order to keep costs simple and affordable, Mavis operates on a subscription plan. Your monthly membership cost includes everything you'll need to succeed on your journey. All visits, medicine, shipping, and follow-ups are included and your price will never change. Keep in mind, your billing date will not always coincide with medicine shipments since many treatment plans ship multiple months' worth of medicine!
If and when you are prescribed medication, the pharmacy will process the prescription and your medicine will be shipped overnight directly to your door! We will reach out to you as your supply is a few weeks from empty to begin the followup process.
Weight-loss will vary depending on your specific circumstances, but on Semaglutide, patients have been shown to lose up to 15% of their body weight on average and on Tirzepatide, the weight-loss can be up to 25%, or more!
There are no contracts and you are free to cancel anytime!
Mavis does not accept insurance or HSAs at this time.
We work exclusively with PCAB-accredited pharmacies in the United States.
Although your shipment will be packed with ice packs, some orders, when exposed to extreme temperatures can arrive with the ice melted and the vial warm. This is normal. Because the vials are sealed, GLP-1 injections will remain safe and stable in up to 100-degree temperatures for multiple days. Once you have unpacked your vial, it should be placed in your refrigerator.
The membership is a monthly subscription to spread the costs evenly throughout your program. The payments will be debited on signup, and then each month thereafter. If your shipment is delayed more than 14 days after your appointment, please reach out to support and we can adjust your billing date!

Simply email us at support@mavismeds.com. We will cancel your membership and you will see no further billing.

We’ve prioritized low costs for Arkansans, and have worked very hard to keep our pricing at the lowest possible point.
